Hugh J. Hutchison, Esquire
Mr. Hutchison's practice is concentrated in the field of civil litigation where he has established a recognized expertise in cases involving civil rights, municipal liability, insurance issues, and intellectual property. He also has extensive experience in matters involving franchise, construction and employment claims and complex commercial litigation. Mr. Hutchison is a frequent lecturer on civil rights and municipal liability issues as well as general litigation techniques and strategies. He also serves as a Judge Pro Tempore in the Philadelphia Commerce Court.
