Mr. Tinari is a litigator with a diverse practice that includes matters involving complex personal injury cases, commercial litigation, employment disputes, workers' compensation matters, ERISA claims, and property/casualty defense.

Mr. Tinari has served as a Judge Pro Tem for the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas from 1998-Present.He is actively involved in community affairs and is also actively involved in the International Parking Institute and frequently lectures and writes on legal issues involving the parking industry.
