Paul H. Schultz, Esquire
Mr. Schultz concentrates his practice in the areas of business law, personal injury, and civil litigation. He also regularly represents clients on land use issues, real estate transactions, and a wide variety of other matters. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Schultz worked for several years in the banking industry and as a financial planner.
Mr. Schultz attended Rutgers University’s dual degree program, receiving his J.D. from Rutgers University School of Law and his M.B.A. from Rutgers University School of Business, from which he graduated with Highest Honors. Mr. Schultz also holds a B.S. in Finance from Rutgers University School of Business, where he graduated with High Honors. He is a member of both the Beta Gamma Sigma International Honors Society for business students and the Rutgers Athenaeum Honors Society. Mr. Schultz continues to support his alma mater by serving as an attorney mentor for current law students through the Rutgers University School of Law Alumni Mentorship Program.
Community involvement, public service, and pro bono volunteer initiatives are very important to Mr. Schultz. He serves as the Chairman of the Delran Township (NJ) Zoning Board of Adjustment, which hears applications related to land use in the Township. Mr. Schultz is a New Jersey Planning Official and a member of the organization of New Jersey Planning Officials. Mr. Schultz also served on Delran Township’s 2009 Master Plan Reexamination Committee, which is responsible for performing the periodic reexamination of the Township’s Master Plan, the document which sets forth comprehensive land use and community development goals for the Township.
He is also a member of the Delran Township Recreation Advisory Committee, which is responsible for planning community recreation events and overseeing the allocation of budgeted funds to several community recreation initiatives and organizations. Mr. Schultz also serves as General Counsel for the Delran Business Association, a non-profit organization dedicated to promoting the interests of local businesses and giving back to the community through college scholarships and other means.
Mr. Schultz resides in Delran, New Jersey and is a member of the Burlington County Bar Association. He enjoys skiing, attending area restaurants and cultural events, and following the local Philadelphia sports teams.
