Stephen J. Labroli, Esquire
Mr. Labroli concentrates his practice in the areas of business law and civil litigation, including commercial and bankruptcy litigation. He regularly negotiates a variety of contracts on behalf of corporate clients. He also practices in the areas of commercial and residential real estate transactions and estate administration. Prior to becoming an attorney, Mr. Labroli served as Controller and a member of senior management for a start–up software firm and was responsible for the financial functions of the organization.
Mr. Labroli and his family live in Montgomery County, PA. For the past 6 years, he has been an active member in his local little league baseball program, as head coach of various boys travel teams, girls softball teams, and a co-ed tee ball team. Mr. Labroli is a 1985 graduate of West Chester East High School in West Chester, PA.
