Mr. Labroli advises clients as general outside counsel and in transactional work. He counsels clients, from single shareholdeer entities to national corporations, on mergers and acquisitions, complex commercial contracts, licensing agreements and loan transactions. He also practices in the areas of commercial and residential real estate as well as estate planning and administration. Prior to becoming an attorney, Mr. Labroli served as accountant and controller as a member of senior management for a start–up software firm and was responsible for the financial functions of the organization.

Mr. Labroli and his family live in Montgomery County, Pennsylvania. For the past decade he has been an active member in his hometown youth sports organization and currently serves on the executive board of directors as Treasurer and commissioner of the girls softball program. He has head coached boys and girls baseball and softball teams, intramural and travel, for years. Mr. Labroli is a 1985 graduate of West Chester East High School in West Chester, PA.
