Mr. Labroli advises clients as general outside counsel and in transactional work. He counsels clients, from single shareholdeer entities to national corporations, on mergers and acquisitions, complex commercial contracts, licensing agreements and loan transactions. He also practices in the areas of commercial and residential real estate as well as estate planning and administration. Prior to becoming an attorney, Mr. Labroli served as accountant and controller as a member of senior management for a start–up software firm and was responsible for the financial functions of the organization.

Mr. Labroli, his wife, and four children live in Montgomery County, Pennsylvania. Since 2002, he has been an active member in his hometown youth sports organization and currently serves on the executive board as Treasurer.  Over the years, he has held commissionership positions in the girls’ softball program and various boys’ baseball leagues.  He has head coached intramural and travel teams in baseball and softball for years and has many cool trophies to show for his efforts. Mr. Labroli is a 1985 graduate of East High School in West Chester, PA.
