John J. Leonard, Esquire
Mr. Leonard's practice includes the representation of businesses and individuals for transactions, contracts, business break-ups, estates, litigation, planning, and counseling. He has extensive experience with closely held businesses, serious personal injury cases, professional licensing, and attorney disciplinary and ethics matters. Mr. Leonard has served as a mediator, arbitrator and expert witness. He is engaged in various civic, political and non-profit matters. In 2010, Mr. Leonard was named to the Board of the Kenny Family Foundation, a non-profit corporation formed for the purpose of providing low cost meals to seniors and others in need throughout the State of Delaware. Mr. Leonard focuses on the client's best interest in his practice.
