Ms. Ciarrocki is a litigator with an extensive practice representing both plaintiffs and defendants in complex personal injury and toxic tort matters throughout Pennsylvania and New Jersey. She handles the full range of personal injury litigation, including motor vehicle liability, premises liability, dram shop claims, and product liability, and has substantial experience defending clients in toxic tort litigation, including asbestos matters. Her commercial litigation practice covers business and contract disputes, partnership and shareholder conflicts, and other complex civil litigation on behalf of corporate and individual clients.

She is also experienced at handling professional licensing and other ethical matters, including helping clients obtain bar admission, representing clients throughout the attorney discipline process, and providing opinions on ethical questions encountered by other attorneys.

Ms. Ciarrocki has practiced with the firm since 2014 and currently serves as Managing Partner. She received her law degree from Temple University’s Beasley School of Law and her undergraduate degree from the University of Virginia. She is licensed to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.

Ms. Ciarrocki also serves as an arbitrator in the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas. Outside the office, she enjoys spending time in her garden and cheering on her kids at their sports games, and currently serves on the Board of Haven Youth Wrestling.
