Anthony (“Tony”) Leonard, a litigator, concentrates his practice in representing individuals with personal injury claims. Tony brings his prior experience as a civil defense attorney to his current practice. With tactical and strategic knowledge garnered from working with insurance companies, Tony has obtained millions of dollars in settlements and verdicts on his clients’ behalf.
Tony brings a well-rounded approach and big picture point of view to his current work. Mr. Leonard has extensive experience in litigation involving commercial vehicle liability, motor vehicle liability, premises liability, dram shop, product liability, professional malpractice, mass tort, toxic tort, bad faith and insurance fraud, and has successfully represented clients at arbitrations and trials in the courts of Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
Tony grew up and currently lives in the Fairmount section of Philadelphia with his wife and daughters. Tony is active in his community and has been an elected member of the Ward Executive Committee for the Philadelphia Democratic Party since 2010. Tony attended Waldron Mercy Academy and LaSalle College High School before obtaining his undergraduate degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
Tony is a graduate of Widener University Delaware Law School and is presently a member of the Burlington County Bar Association, Camden County Bar Association, and The Justinian Society.
