Michael Tinari’s multi-faceted legal background and substantial litigation experience allows him to focus his practice on complex litigation matters, including catastrophic personal injury, commercial, trademark infringement, employment and property and casualty litigation. Joining the firm as an associate at age 29, Mr. Tinari has proven to be a highly successful trial attorney, recovering millions of dollars on behalf of his clients who have suffered traumatic personal injuries, including a $20.5 million settlement for a Philadelphia sheriff injured due to a malfunction of an elevator located in a municipal building. See his full interview on the matter with ABC Action News. Mr. Tinari has also developed a niche practice serving others who have been unfortunate enough to be injured due to elevator accidents. His wealth of litigation experience provides him with the wherewithal to approach cases from a variety of perspectives offering first rate legal analysis, practical problem solving and trial skills.
In his spare time, Mr. Tinari has spent years representing indigent people throughout Philadelphia through the Pro Bono services offered by Philly VIP. Given his volunteer role, Mr. Tinari has been selected to the Philly VIP Hall of Fame.
Additionally, Mr. Tinari has volunteered with the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas as a Court approved Judge Pro Tem since 1998. In this role, Mr. Tinari dedicates his time to meeting with counsel in various cases in order to achieve a fair resolution, without enduring further litigation.
When he is not practicing law, Mr. Tinari spends time with his wife of 31 years and their adult children. Mr. Tinari is an avid reader and book collector who also enjoys golf, tennis, fishing and watching football.
