The law firm of Leonard, Sciolla, Leonard & Tinari LLP enters its 37th year in 2018. The firm has consistently been rated AV PREEMINENT for both its legal ability and ethics by its peers in the profession and by judges.
The firm was founded in 1982 when John Leonard left the Obermayer Rebmann law firm with two other attorneys. He had become concerned about the changing atmosphere and attitudes that were taking hold in large firms in the late 70’s and early 80’s and wanted to create a new firm that was more responsive to its clients’ needs, and more challenging and satisfying for its lawyers and staff. The firm was to provide large firm quality legal services at more reasonable fees with less overhead expense. The concept continues to work well and today Leonard Sciolla has thirteen attorneys and nine legal assistants who are all dedicated to the best interests of each client.
The firm has offices in center city Philadelphia, PA, and in Moorestown, NJ and West Chester, PA.
Clients who retain Leonard Sciolla attorneys regularly stay with the firm because of the high quality of the legal work, the personal attention to each matter and client, the thorough analysis, the creative problem solving and the clear ongoing communications with them. Since 1982, the firm has stuck with its core values and continues to represent businesses, individuals, families, non-profits, governmental units, institutional entities, professionals and many other clients in litigation, transactions, negotiations, planning and consultations.
The attorneys at Leonard Sciolla are experienced and ready to serve clients in civil litigation, personal injury litigation, business and real estate transactions, estate planning and administration, contract matters, business formation and guidance, insurance matters, family matters, immigration matters, professional licensing and more.
