PA Bar Applicants Denied Admission for Character and Fitness Reasons Can Appeal

Congratulations to everyone who passed the July Pennsylvania Bar Exam. Prospective lawyers who pass the exam must also pass the Board of Law Examiners’ character and fitness investigation. If you are denied bar admission on the grounds of character and fitness, you can appeal for admittance.

It is important to have an experienced attorney work with you through any character and fitness investigation and to represent you in the appeal of a denial of bar admission based on character and fitness issues. Our attorneys have successfully represented many bar applicants regarding character and fitness investigations and the appeals of bar admission denials based upon character and fitness issues. Contact partner John Leonard or associate Marisa Ciarrocki at (215) 567-1530 for help.
